摘要
用抗坏血酸-Fe(Ⅲ)作用于牛红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶,观察到酶的紫外吸收增强,内源性荧光减弱,680nm表征二价铜光吸收降低,PAGE电泳图谱改变,在含有3.0mol/LKCl磷酸缓冲液中溶解度降低,酶对蛋白酶水解的敏感性提高.
The authors demonstrated the changes of physico-chemical properties of the enzyme by exposure ofbovine superoxide dismutase to ascorbate-Fe(Ⅲ). The results indicated that the enzyme showed an increase inultraviolet absorbance, a decrease in intrinsic fluorescence and absorption at 680 nm。 The enzyme also showed aloss of its solubility in high salt buffer and an increase in proteolytic susceptibility. Furthermore, its electrophoresispattern on PAGE altered.
