探讨了补体依赖性微量淋巴细胞毒试验的影响因素。结果表明，采用玻璃珠脱纤维抗凝外周静脉血的方法比用肝素抗凝法好，脱纤维抗凝法可提高细胞悬液中淋巴细胞的纯度。适当地延长试验的反应时间和采用高效价的补体能提高试验的敏感性。伊红和甲醛的量分别选用２和３μｌ足以满足细胞染色和固定的要求．

Factors affecting the complement dependent microlymphocytotoxicity test were studied.The resultshows that precention of blood coagulation with the fibrinoger-removing glassbeads is more effective than thatwith heparin,it can increase the purity of lymphocyte in the cell suspension,Increasing the reaction time ofthe testand selecting a highly effective complement can raise the sensitivity of the test.The concentration of eosin andformalin should be 2 μl and 3 μl respectively,instead of the usual 5 μl and 8 μl。
