贵州水火电经济评价及其在电力系统中的最优配比研究

摘要 本文根据贵州省水火电资源优势,对近期准备开发的水火电工程进行了经济计算和分析评价,得出了水电的各项经济评价指标远比火电高、水电比火电经济的结论,并论述了水电的综合利用效益大和优先开发水电的经济优越性。通过电力系统水火电不同容量配比时年费用计算和绘制年费用曲线,求出了电力系统水火电最优配比和2000年贵州电力系统水火电最优配比装机。 According to abundant resources of hydropower and coal in Guizhou Province, calculation and evaluation for developing hydro and thermal power in the near future is discussed in this paper. The conclusion is that all the economic evaluation indicators of hydropower are higher than those of thermal power, additionally, multipurpose utilization of hydropower is significant. Priority to develop water power is obvious. By using different annual costs of the electric system between hydro-power and thermal power, the annual cost curve gives the optimal proportion of hydropower and thermal power in the Guizhou electric system in the year of 2000.
