摘要
本文简要论述了我国水能资源特点、开发情况及其对经济发展的作用.分析了我国水电发展缓慢同水能资源条件不相称的主要原因,是对水能为可再生的一次能源的认识不足,造成能源政策和投资决策的失误,以及电力管理体制上的弊端等.最后探讨了我国水电发展的前景,提出了发展目标和开发布局的意见.
The features of the hydroenergy resources, the present status and the effects of hydropower stations on the economic development in China are discussed in this paper.
The prospects of hydropower development can be described as follows: by the end of the 20th century, the total installed capacity and annual energy of generation of hydropower stations in China will be increased to 80 GW and 230 TWH respectively.
