摘要
根据宁波市现有大气污染源和长期气象资料,选用平流扩散模式和轨道烟流模式相结合计算宁波市SO_2年日平均浓度与环境质量目标的差值。充分考虑当地大气污染物传输、扩散规律,采用简易的模式求取各单元的SO_2平均允许排放量,即为该单元的SO_2容量。其它气体污染物也可用同样方法计算,该方法简单、直观、能定量表示,计算结果比较符合宁波市的实际情况。
According to the air pollution sources and long term meteorological data, the connection method of advec-tion flow diffusion model with the trajectory plume model was adopted to calculate the difference between theexisting concentration and the objective value of environment quality of sulfur dioxide in annaldiurnal-average, and the value of difference was defined as allowable emission concentration of air environ-ment.The rule of transport,diffusion of air pollutants in the area was considered in full,and the simple andeasy model to obtain the average allowable emission amount of sulfur dioxide in the per unit area was selecta.The method would be used to calculate other atmospheric pollutants. The results are in agreement with realconditions of Ningbo area。
