摘要
本文介绍了线性与或门具有的超高速及可多级级联等二个工作特点，并考察了它在多级进位级联电路中的应用．
This paper introduces two features of the linear AND-OR gate,which has very high speed and may bemulti-cascaded.Its application in carry cascade circuits with high speed is investigated.
