浙江省食物结构改革与发展研究

摘要 论述了浙江省食物结构发展的现状与90年代食物发展的基本目标,提出到本世纪末实现小康食物结构发展的指导思想:(1)坚持食物生产与消费协调发展.根据科学消费的需求,大力发展食物生产,增加食物有效供给.(2)坚持素食为主,荤食为辅的膳食模式,继承我国饮食习惯中的优良传统.按照营养卫生原则,改革膳食结构,逐步提高动物性食物比重,增加豆类蛋白,使食物消费和营养水平有较大的改善和提高.文中提出了实现食物发展目标的若干措施. This paper deals with the present situation of food structure devdopment in Zhejiang Province and thebasic goals of food growth in 1900s,The guiding ideology to develop the food structure for realization of afairly comfortable life by the end of the century is proposed:(1)sticking to the coordinative growth of foodconsumption and production,devoting great efforts to raise the food available supply to meet the demand ofscientific consumption;(2)persisting the diet pattern in getting plant foods mainly while taking animal prod-ucts subsidiary,carrying forward the good traditions of Chinese diet custom. According to the principle ofnutrition-hygiene,reform the diet structure with increasing the proportion of animal products and the amountof beans in the diet gradually.The aim is to raise and improve considerably the food consumption and nutri-tional level of the people in Zhejiang Province. At last,several relevant measures for realizing the goals offood growth are discussed.
