同源四倍体苦荞新品系与原种主要性状的比较研究

Comparative Study on Main Characters of a New Strain of Autotetraploid and Its Autodiploid Parent Stock in Tartary Buckwheat

同源四倍体苦荞新品系（４ｘ）的细胞和组织器官比原种（２ｘ）明显增大，新品系的种子蛋白质和叶片过氧化物酶同工酶的电泳图谱与原种有差异，新品系（４ｘ）的产量和品质均超过原种（２ｘ），新品系（４ｘ）富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素和多种矿质营养元素．

The comparison shows that the cells and organs of the new strain of autotetraploid tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tartaricum)are bigger than those of its parent stock,and these traits are stably hereditable.There are some differences between the electrophore to gralns of the proteins of their seeds and the peroxi-dase isozymes of their leaves. The yield and the quality of the new strain are all superior to its parent stock.The contents of mninerals,trace elements,vitamins,amino acids,protein in the seeds of the new strain are obvi-ously higher than those of the autodiploid parent stock.
