摘要
通过数学分析,提出了精密圆柱工件无心超精研圆锥导辊副的运动分析与设计方法,试验证明,如采用合理的超精研工艺规范,超精研出的圆柱工件外径表面的几何精度较用双曲面导辊副超精研出的要高,效果显著。
In this paper,through mathematical analysis, the motion analysis and design method of tapered guideroller pair for centreless superfinishing to the precise cylindrical workpieces are presented, Through a largenumber of the technological experiments have proved that if the rational technological criterion is adopted,thegeometrical accuracy of the outside diarneter surface of the cylindrical workpieces which have been superfin-ished by the tapered guide roller pair is higher than that by the hyperboloid guide roller pair,The refore theefficiency is remarkable.
