目前,军备控制已发展成为国际政治中最引人注目的内容之一,并仍在不断取得新的进展。各国对军备控制问题的研究也越来越走向深入,其中涉及到的科学技术问题也越来越多。很多人以为军备控制研究单纯是社会科学的问题,但实际上,近些年有很多自然科学家投入军控研究。从科学技术的角度开展工作,给出了一些非常有意义的研究结果。这些研究工作为军备控制提供了有力的基础。
