本文提出并应用K、J位的概念,分析了熟料中fcaO含量的影响因素;在此基础上,讨论了降低熟料中fCaO含量,在熟料率值的选择、生料浆的粉磨细度和煤粉质量等方面的控制参数,并介绍了江南厂在熟料煅烧上常见的易引起熟料中fCaO含童增高的八种现象,以及相应的操作体会和处理经验。

By introducing concepts of K and J coefficients, the affecting factors to the f-CaO contents of clinker are analysed, and therefore the selection of clinker modules and the controls of the raw meal fineness and coal powder quality are discussed. The 8 situations in jiangnan Cement Works, where the f-CaO contents are easily increased in sintering, and the respective treatments and experience are introduced.
