摘要
根据水泥磨机特有的工作条件,依据奥氏体在高应力冲击条件下具有加工硬化的特性,尝试了用高铬铸铁铸态铬奥氏体作为磨球的抗磨基体,阐述了铸态下获得奥氏体所遵循的化学成分设计原则。从高铬铸铁结晶的特性出发,分析了金属型铸造对磨球基体的强度、韧性和耐磨性的影响。
Based on the special working conditions of gringing mill and the work hardening properties of austenite under high stress impact, cast state Cr—austenite of high Cr cast iron used as wearresisting groundmass of grinding balls is tested. This article describles the design principle of chemical composition to be observed in order to obtain such austenite under casting state. Starting from the properties of high Cr cast iron crystals, discussion has been made about the effect of metal mold casting on strength, toughness and werability of the groundmass of balls.
