利用原位杂交技术对小鼠卵子发生过程中ZP_3基因特异性表达的研究 被引量：5

摘要 小鼠卵透明带由3种主要的糖蛋白组成,分别为ZP_1,ZP_2和ZP_3,其分子量分别为200000,140000和80000 MrS,这3种糖蛋白在卵子发生过程中既合成又分泌,从而形成透明带.其中ZP_2占65%,其功能为阻止多精受精,ZP_3约占25%,其作用为精子受体及顶体反应诱发物,ZP_1含量最少,占10%,起ZP_2和ZP_3的连接作用.
