φ2.2×6.5m磨机扩径技术改造

摘要 近年来立窑煅烧技术的改进,熟料产质量有了大幅度的提。原来配套的磨机不能满足生产能力增长的要求,因此,天津院在不改变筒体长度、传动系统、中空轴、主轴承和基础的前提下,对φ2.2×6.5m磨机进行扩径技术改造,使磨机产量提高了2t/h,从而能满足一般立窑厂的生产要求。该项技术改造成本低、效果好,可供有关厂参考。 With the improvement of burning condition of shaft kilns in recent years. clinker qualily is increased to a great extent. The existing mill can no longer satisfy the increasing produ ction capacity. There fore, a technical conversion is carried out by Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute to increase the mill diam eter without changing the length of mill shell the drive unit, the trunnion, the main bearing and the foundation. The capacity of the mill is increased by 2 h which will meet the requirement of shaft kiln production. This conversion features low cost but good result. It can be taken as reference for corresponding plants.
