摘要
热风管道的密封是降低水泥厂热耗的前提条件。作者与洛阳725所合作,研制出了适合水泥厂热风管道的波纹管膨胀节,为国家填补了一项空白。本文介绍了这种新型膨胀节的设计情况,并对热风管道设计中选用波纹膨胀节以及安装中的预拉伸问题提出了一些原则和计算方法。
A reliable sealing of hot gas ducts is a prerequisite for reducing the heat consumption in cement plant. The author, cooperating with 725 Institute, has developed a bellow type expansion joint suitable for the ducts of hot gas and solved the troublesome problem in cement plants .The article introduces the design and operation of this expansion joint and presents principles and calculating method for selection of the expansion joint and determination of pre-extension allowance during erection
