矿井提升机减速器的故障诊断

通过矿井提升机减速器的振动测试及频谱分析，准确诊断出减速器的故障，诊断结果与实际情况完全一致。表明对矿井提升机减速器进行振动诊断快速准确，切实可行。

The paper carries on failure diagnoses and failure analyais to bad working state of a gear box in elevator used in mining by means of spectra, power spectra and cepstrum of vibration signal. The results show that mining elevator gear box carring on the whole study of failure diagnoses is completely feasible. This provides basis for studing failure diagnoses and monitoring of mining machinery.
