立窑风机节能措施浅析

立窑通常用旁路放风法调节入窑风量。为节能人们采用装设液力偶合器或在风机出口管道装循环风管来调节入窑风量。本文对这种节能措施进行了理论和实际的分析比较,认为装循环风管调节入窑风量节能效果显著,且能降低噪声污染。

‘By-pass’ method is normally adopted for controlling air amount blown into the shaft kiln. Two measures are taken for energy saving. One is to install a hydralic coupling on the fan shaft and another is to provide a circulating air pipe to the outlet of the fan. Discussion is made to the above mentioned enengy saving measures. And the conclusion is that instalation of a circulating air pipe is more effective and noise pollution can be reduce as well.
