摘要
成球盘无动力刮刀比过去沿用的固定式、往复式、回转式刮刀有结构简单、维修方便、成球质量好、节电等优点,在河北省9家水泥厂试用取得了良好效果。作者阐述了这种新型刮刀的工作机理及工业试验情况,说明它适于在φ3.2m以下成球盘上应用。
Compared with traditional scrapers of stationary, reciprocating or rotary type, powerless rotary scraper enjoys the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, better performance, less power consumption etc. The trial application in 9 cement plants in Hebei province has yielded very good results. The author also presents the working mechanism of scraper and the testing results. It is suitable to be used on disc granulator with a dia. up toφ3.2m.
