摘要
从系统分析入手，对地下矿采掘计划的程序编制，进行了系统设计；介绍了建立基础数据库和图形库的具体内容，并对计划中的两个关键问题：产量优化分配和掘进工程的进度优化，进行了论述。
Designs systematically the computer program for the underground excavating plannings,andintroduces the details of making the essential database and graphbase The two key problems of exca-vating plannings,the optimising output distribution and the optimization of excavating schedules,arealso discussed.
