合肥水泥研究设计院研制的煤磨防燃爆袋收尘器在邳县水泥厂应用成功。文章介绍了该收尘器的技术性能、有效的防积灰结构和却压保护装置,选用新型杭静电滤料、微机控制等,同时还阐述了泄压和卸灰装置的操作。

Explosion-proof bag filter for coal mill designed by Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute is commissioned successfully in Pi-Xian cement plant. This article presents technical performance of the filter, e. g. effective measures for preventing powder coal acumulation. facilities for pressure relief, new type filter medium against static electricity and micro-computer controlling. etc. The author also states the operating methods of pressure relieving and dust discharging systems.
