全黑生料在配料过程中主要工艺参数的控制

摘要 正确掌握和控制全黑生料在配料过程中的主要工艺参数是提高立窑水泥生产质量的关键之一。作者利用数理统计方法结合本厂生产实践分析论证了石灰石CaO、不同灰分煤与生料化学成分、率值、热耗和原料配比之间的关系,以及配料要求与生料化学成分之间的关系,提出了一系列(特别是石灰石CaO含量和煤灰分波动较大时)较合理的配料工艺参数。这些参数对于提高全黑生料质量具有一定的参考价值。 Correct mastery and control of main process parameters in proportioning black meal is one of the key factors to improve the cement quality of shaft kiln system. By using mathematical statistics combined with analysis of production practice in his own plant, the author demonstrated the relationship between CaO content in limestone, ash content in coal. chemical composition and moduli of raw meal, hear consumption and proportioning of raw materials, as well as the relationship between the proportioning requirements and chemical composition of raw meal. A set of optimum process parameters for proportioning are put forward (especially when there are big fluctuations in CaO content and coal ash content) These parameters are of a certain value in increasing black meal quality.
