Empirical Formulae and Their Application for Evaluating the Calcination of CaCO3

CaCO_3分解反应是水泥熟料形成过程的主要化学反应之一。我们应用《水泥工艺原理》一书中的实验数据,导出两个有关CaCO_3分解反应的半经验公式,并用于指导我厂预分解赛的生产。对于使用分解窑的水泥厂来说可供参考。

<abstract>The decomposition of CaCO_3 is one of the principal reactions in manufacturing cement clinker. Based on the data presented in the book 《 Principles of Cement Technology》 the author introduced two empirical formulas pertaining to decomposition of CuCO_3 and used to guide the production of precalcing kiln in the author's plant' It will also be use full for other cement plants with precalcining kiln.
