摘要
新开发Φ2.2 X6.5m磨机采用了表面带雄体分级和环向沟柑的大派形角螺旋衬板、动静压联合抽承和街型MGD -70减速器等几项先进技术。样机在制造中进行了详尽的技术检脸和安装调试。生产运行表明,这种磨机在同样生产条件下可增产11%,驱动功率降低64 k W。可在中小型水泥厂推广应用。
<abstract> The newly developed Φ2.2×6.5 mill adopts some advanced technologies such as the newly developed angular spiral liner with novel grooves the hydro static lubrication bearing the newly designed gear box MCD-70, etc. Intensive tests have been made to the prototype of the mill. The output Is increased up to 11% and the custalled horsepower of mill motor is decreased by 60kW in co ntrast to the conventional mill of the same size. It is suitable to be used in small and medium sized cement plants.
