A Computer System of Earliness/Tardiness Production Planning for the One-off Manufacturing System

本文提出了单件制造业准时生产计划分层优化方法，建立了提前／拖期罚款下的准时生产计划优化模型，设计了生产计划的计算机优化系统。仿真及应用证明系统设计合理，分层计划方法有效，计算量小。

This paper presents a hierarchical earnness/tardiness production planning method, and builds a production planning model which minimizes the sum of earnness and tardiness penalities. Based on the hierarchical structure and the model, an optimization system of production planning is designed. The simulation andapplication results approve that the system is properly designed, and the planning method is valid.
