浅谈水泥原料的易磨性试验

Primary description to grindability test for cement raw material

本文根据在制订GB9964-88水泥原料易磨性试验方法的过程中所进行的工作,阐述了方法选定的依据;介绍了钢球装载量、试样量、循环负荷、成品分析、第一周期转数选择等的影响;提出对易磨性评价的建议。最后列举冀东、宁国两水泥厂利用实验室测定的粉磨功指数W,进行磨机选型实例。

Based on the work curried out during the drafting of GB9964-88test methods of grindability of cement raw Materials, this article introduces the basis for selecting the method,weight of charging of grinding media, amount of samples to he tested, circulating load, analysing the ground products and selecting the rotating number for the first test. Comments are also given for the evaluation of grindability rest. At the end of the article, practical examples in Jidong and Ningguo cement plants are cited where people use work index Wi determined in the laboratory to select the size of mill.
