摘要ＯＣＴ是８０年代初由美国Ｓｔｅｒｌｉｎｇ—Ｗｉｎｔｈｒｏｐ研究学院发现的双吡啶环类抗菌化合物。洗必泰（ＣＨＧ）是６０年代初就公认为疗效甚佳的抗菌药物，目前仍在临床上广泛应用。该文章从衡量抗菌漱口液五大特点上引用大量的国外研究报道，分析并比较了ＯＣＴ与ＣＨＧ的同异点。
