高效液相色谱──电化学检测法测定大鼠牙髓中5─羟色胺

Determination of 5-HT in rat pulp by high performance liquid chromatograph with electrochemicaldetection.

用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）—电化学检测法对大鼠牙髓中的５—羟色胺（５—ＨＴ）进行了测定。实验采用简单的预处理方法，平均回收率达９８％以上，精密度较高，５—ＨＴ在０．１２５～２ｎｇ范围内与峰高呈线性关系，相关系数为０．９９８７。正常大鼠牙髓，炎症３ｈ及炎症２４ｈ牙髓中的５—ＨＴ含量分别为４１．８８ｐｇ／ｍｇ、９３．６４ｐｇ／ｍｇ和３２．７５ｐｇ／ｍｇ左右，提示５—ＨＴ在大鼠牙髓炎早期有一定作用。

This communication reported the determination of 5-HT in rat pulp extracts by HPLC with electro chemical detection. The extracts were injected di rectly without further manipulation. Response waslinear within 0. 125-2ng and the correlative coeffi cient was 0. 9987, The concentrations in normal ratpulp were 41. 88pg/mg and in early rat pulpitis were93. 64pg/mg, The results suggesed that 5-HTcould have some effects on the pulpitis.
