口腔链球菌菌体表面的葡糖基转移酶受体研究

The study of GTF receptor sites on the oral streptococcus

本文采用体外实验的方法，观察脂磷壁酸抗血清以及溶菌酶等因素对葡糖基转移酶与口腔链球菌菌体结合的影响，结果提示菌体表面的脂磷壁酸和葡聚糖可能是葡糖基转移酶的受体。

Abstract In this study, the effects of Lipoteichoic acid(LTA)and other factors on the interaction of glucosyltransferases (GTF ) with oral streptococcus were investigated. The results revealed that the antibodies to LTA and NaOH inhibited the binding of GTF with oral streptococcus. The study showed that LTA and glucan could serve as the GTF binding sites on the cell surface of oral streptococcus.
