双侧唇裂修复术后效果评价的探讨

Study on the evaluation of the post operative result of bilateral cleft lip

作者提出了评价面部对称性，尤其是上下唇和鼻协调性的标准。并利用此标准对１６９例双侧唇裂术后结果进行了评估。结果表明，该标准可用于双侧唇裂手术设计、术后结果评价和继发畸形的分类等。

Abstract The standard facial symmetry, espcially of upper and lower lips and nose coordination on the base of survery was studied, and 169 cases of bilateral cleftlip postoperative results were evaluated. The results suggested that this standard could be used for the operative design of bilateral cleft lip, the evaluation of postoperative result and the classification of secondary cleft deformities.
