涎腺肌上皮瘤和肌上皮癌的超微结构

Ultrastructural study on myoepithelial adenoma and carcinoma in the salivary gland

用透射电镜观察８例涎腺肌上皮瘤和癌的各种癌细胞，结果发现，每种瘤细胞具有部分或全部下列结构：肌丝、中间丝、张力丝、桥粒、基板等，表现出与正常涎腺肌上皮细胞相似的上皮和间叶双重结构及特征。本文对各种瘤细胞的超微结构特征进行了讨论。

Abstract cases of myoepithelial neoplasm in the salivary gland were studied under electronic microscope. It showed that the tumor cells possess some or all of the following: myofilaments, intermediate filaments, tonoficanents, desmosomes, hasal lamina. Ultrastructural features on 4 patterns of tumor cells were discussed.
