颞下颌关节盘前移的临床、X线及关节内窥镜的对比研究（附23例报告）

A clinical, X-ray and arthroscopical study of anterior disc displacement of TMJ (report of 23 cases)

颞颌关节盘前移，包括可复性和不可复性．是盘移位中最常见的病症，也是目前临床治疗的难点之一。本文通过临床检查、Ｘ线、关节造影及关节内窥镜等手段，对２３例关节盘前移患者的临床特点，尤其采用对比研究的方法，对关节内窥镜下该病症的特征进行了描述及分析，认为关节内窥镜是Ｘ线等手段的必要补充。

Abstract Anterior disc displacement (with and without reduction) is very common in disc displacement of TMJ, but the treatment of the disease is difficulte.Twenty-three disc displacement of TMJ cases were examed and analysed by clinic, X-ray, arthrography and arthroscopy. The study described the clinic features. especially the characteristics of TMJ anthroscopy of the disease. Compared with X-ray and arthrography, TMJ arthroscopy is a valuable and supplementary method for diagnosis of anterier disc displacement of TMJ.
