摘要
本文介绍一种快速检测龈下菌斑中肽酶活性的SK—013方法。此方法能够特异性地检出牙周病的主要致病菌牙密螺旋体(Td),牙龈卟啉菌(Pg),福赛氏类杆菌(Bf)。用纸捻从26名慢性牙周炎患者的74个牙位采取龈下菌斑,用SK—013进行酶活性测定,又从同一部位刮取龈下菌斑,用刚果红负染色法计数螺旋体(S),用间接免疫荧光法计数(Pg)。结果表明,SK—013活性强阳性()组的螺旋体和牙龈卟啉菌二者的总数显著高于弱阳性(+)组和阴性(-)组,SK—013活性与螺旋体和牙龈卟啉菌二者的总数之间里显著正相关。
Abstract We used a test kit (SK-013 ) for rapid detection of the bacteria-origin peptidase activity in Subgingival plaque samples. The method was reported to be specific in detecting Treponema denticola.porphyromonas glngivalis. bacteroids forsythus.Subgingival plaque samples were taken from 74 sites in 26 adult periodontitis patients. The results of peptidase activity were divided into 3 groups:+, + +. Another subgingival plaque sample from the same sites were taken for counting spirochetes using congo red stain and P. gingivalis by indirect immunofluorescence technique. Results showed that the total number of spirochetes plus P.gingivalis in SK-013 activity ' + + ' group was significantly higher than that in SK-013 activity'-' group and ' + ' group. Significant positive correlation was found between peptidase activity and the total number of spirochetes plus P.gingivalis.
