虽然近年锰矿石的生产和加工受钢铁工业影响，产量有所下降，但随着经济的复苏，各产锰国又将重振锰矿的开采。各国除冶金用锰矿外，还注重锰矿的化工、电池、农业、砖、釉面砖及铁氧体方面的应用。
Abstract Manganese ores and products droped inthe recent vears due to the influence of ironand steel industry.However,the mining ofManganese ores will increase again with theeconomic recovery. Much attention will bepaid to the applications of manganese inchemistry,battery,agriculture,brick etc. Sectors.
