刀具在破煤岩过程中温升的研究

在破煤岩过程中，刀具磨损破坏是一个主要原因。本文对刀具的温升给予了理论分析，并进行了实验测试。定量描述了刀具材质、载荷、切割速度及冷却方式与刀具温度的关系，为避免刀具发生效破坏提供了依据。

Too temperature has a strong influence on the failure of too wear during rock and coal cutting pm. In this paper the tool temperature was analyzed and totted. The relation ship of tool materials,loading,cutting velocity and cooling methods with tool temperature was investigated. A basic method with which the too heat check can be preventod was conducted.
