摘要
以牵引半挂车(Tractor-semitrailer)为实例,建立了轮式机动车辆系统的动态力学模型。假设半挂车车架平台为弯曲薄板,应用随机振动理论、有限元技术和功率谱密度方法,对轮式机动车辆行驶过程中由于路面不平引起的动态响应进行了研究,并将结果同用其它力学模型和不同计算方法所得结果作了分析比较。研究结果表明:所建动态有限元模型比其它力学模型更接近于真实,有限无法比理论分析方法实用简便;功率谱密度方法是分析计算车辆平稳随机振动动态响应的有效方法。分析计算结果为轮式机动车辆的驾驶舒适性研究、动强度计算以及优化设计提供了依据。
n this paper,a dynamic model of a tractor-semitrailer,as an example of wheeled vehicles,is established and the dynamic response of the vehicle,caused by road undulation during travelling, is studied, assuming the semitrailer’s frame to be a bending plate and by means of random vibration heory,finite e l ement method and power sp ectra l density(PSD)analysis.The results of the study are compared with the ones obtained from other models and different analyses.It is showed that the dynamic finite element model established is closer to reality than others;the finite element method is more practical and simple than theoretical analysis method;PSD analysis is an effective method for the dynamic response ca lculation of a steady-state randomly vibrating v ehi-cle. The results provide the basis for the smoothriding study,dynamic strength calculation and optimum design of various wheeled vehicles.
