摘要
自本世纪50年代以来,加压湿法冶金发展迅速。这项技术已经在铜镍钴硫化物的处理,铂族金属回收,硫化锌精矿提取锌及难处理金矿预氧化等方面得到了工业化应用。在环境保护和金属分离方面显示了无可争辩的优越性。本文在广泛收集国内国外有关研究成果及文献资料的基础上,总结了40年来加压湿法冶金的发展过程,对各种类型的加田湿法冶金作了描述,包括过程化学、工艺流程、生产概况等,指出了加压湿法冶金在90年代必将得到进一步发展。
The pressure hydrometallurgy has developed rapidly since 1950s. Rhas been applied in commercial production for treatment of Cu一Ni一Co sulphide,recovery of PGM, extraction Zn from sulphide concentrate andpre-oxidation of refractory gold ores.The technology has manifested irrefutable advantages in environment protection and separation of metals. On thebasis of wide-ranging collection of relevant research results and literatureinformation at home and abroad, author summarized the development of pre-ssure hydrometallurgy for the past yeacs. In this paper, some typical pre-ssure hydrometallurgy technologies includiiig process chemlstry, technologicalflowsheet, production situatioii, etc. are described. It is indicated that thepressure hydrometallurgy will get further devclopmcnt in 1990s.
