摘要
采用硫酸锌作抑制剂,考察它对高冰镍中Cu_2S、Ni_3S_2的抑制性能;研究它对经Cu ̄(2+)活化后的Cu_2S、Ni_3S_2的作用情况,成功地实现了高冰镍中Cn_2S与Ni_3S_2的分选。通过溶液化学计算、物料表面动电位的测定、药剂吸附量的测定,进行了药剂与物料表面作用机理的探讨。
In this paper,the depressing effects of ZnSO_4 on the flotation of Cu_2S and Ni_3S_2, whether activated by Cu ̄(2 +) or not were investigated.The separation of Cu_2S from Ni_3S_2 in high nickel matte was achieved successftiily with ZnSO_4 as depressant, butylxanthate and ethylxanthate as collectors. The mechanism of reagents on the surface of materials has been revealed through solution chemistry calculations and determination of ζ-potential and reagent adsorption on the surface of materials particles.
