硫酸锌用于浮选分离高冰镍的研究

RESEARCH ON FLOTATION SEPARATION OF HIGHNICKEL MATTE WITH ZINC SULFATE

采用硫酸锌作抑制剂，考察它对高冰镍中Ｃｕ＿２Ｓ、Ｎｉ＿３Ｓ＿２的抑制性能；研究它对经Ｃｕ￣（２＋）活化后的Ｃｕ＿２Ｓ、Ｎｉ＿３Ｓ＿２的作用情况，成功地实现了高冰镍中Ｃｎ＿２Ｓ与Ｎｉ＿３Ｓ＿２的分选。通过溶液化学计算、物料表面动电位的测定、药剂吸附量的测定，进行了药剂与物料表面作用机理的探讨。

In this paper,the depressing effects of ZnSO_4 on the flotation of Cu_2S and Ni_3S_2, whether activated by Cu￣(2 +) or not were investigated.The separation of Cu_2S from Ni_3S_2 in high nickel matte was achieved successftiily with ZnSO_4 as depressant, butylxanthate and ethylxanthate as collectors. The mechanism of reagents on the surface of materials has been revealed through solution chemistry calculations and determination of ζ-potential and reagent adsorption on the surface of materials particles.
