提高攀枝花冶金矿山公司选矿厂球磨机处理量的途径

THE WAY TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF BALL MILLS OF PANZHIHUA CONCENTRATION PLANT

攀枝花冶金矿山公司选矿厂自投产以来，球磨机台时处理量一直未达到设计能力，其主要原因是入选矿石的性质发生了较大变化，而生产工艺又不能与之相适应。在大量试验研究基础上，提出了磨矿－磁选－筛分－磁选新工艺流程。扩大连选试验结果表明，在确保选别指标的前提下，新工艺流程可使球磨机台时处理量提高１２％

Since its operation,the Panzhihua concentration plant has not reached the de-sign hourly capacity each mill,mainly because mill feed,due to great change in its property,isnot adaptable to the existing process flowsheet. Based on a large number of tests,the authorhas proposed a new fiowsheet of milling-magnetic separation-screening-magnetic separation.The results obtained by extended continuous tests show that the flowsheet can not only guar-rantee good separation results,but also increase hourly capacity each mill by 12%.
