摘要
钽铌精矿经硫酸-氢氟酸分解,萃取法提取钽铌后,残液中含有WO_320-50g/L,研究了N_(235)-仲辛醇-煤油体系萃取回收钨,采用氨水反萃取。通过一系列条件试验,及扩大试验验证,钽铌萃余液中钨是可以回收的,并可制成合格的仲钨酸铵产品。
Niobium and tantalum were extracted from the leach liquor of Nb-Ta concen-trates ,and tungsten values recovered from the extraction raffinate(containing WO_3 at a con-centration of 20-50g/L)by extracting with N_(235)-sec.-octonol in kerosine and atripping withaqueous ammonia. The condition tests and pilot scale tests showed that tungsten values arerecoverable from the raffinate as ammonium paratungstate up to quality standard.
