水杨羟肟酸与铜铁灵浮选锡石的协同作用及其机理研究

SYNERGISTIC EFFECT BETWEEN SALICYL HYDROXIMIC ACID ANDCUPFERRON IN CASSITERITD FLOTATION AND ITS MECHANISM

本文通过单矿物浮选实验发现：钢铁灵与水杨羟肟酸混合使用时，在一定比例下能产生协同作用，因而能提高药剂的使用效率，减少药剂用量。首出采用高效液相色谱法研究了钢铁灵与水杨羟肟酸之间的协同作用，发现两者在低浓度下为共吸附，在高浓度下为竞争吸附。先加入捕收能力强的捕收剂有利于协同作用的产生。

It is found that in flotation of mono-mineral,the combined use of cupferron andsalicyl hydroximic acid can bring about synergistic effect at given ratio,resulting in increase 1n utilization ratio and reduction in reagent dose,The paper studies the synergistic effect be-tween salicyl hydroximic acid and cupferron by means of efficient liquid chromatography,finding that the synergistic effect is co-adsorption at their low concentration and competitive adsorption at their high concentration. First addition of a collector with collecting ability isconducive to the emergence of the synergistic effect.
