摘要
本文研究了在Na_2SO_3-NH_3.H_2O-NH_4Cl-EDTA支持电解质中测定电解金属锰中微量硒的示彼极谱条件,硒量在0.1-20μg/10mL与峰电流呈线性关系,40mg锰和一定量杂质对1μg硒的测定无影响,方法快速、简便,与光度法对照,绝果令人满意。
Traces of selenium in electrolytic manganese were determined in Na_2SO_3-NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl-EDTA as a supporting electrolyte,The amount of selenium in 0.1-20μghad a linear relation to the peak electric current.Manganese up to 40mg and a certain amountof impurities had no effect on the determination of selenium down to 1-μg. The method hasproved to be fast and simple to operate with a satisfactory accuracy in comparison with thespectrophotometric method.
