摘要
本文叙述了石煤提钒钠化焙烧过程的反应机理。通过静态和动态试验实例,提出了在钠化焙烧过程中氯气作用比氧气更重要的观点,解释了在焙烧过程中加强氯化气氛,可以使NaCl用量减少,焙烧温度范围增宽,钒的转浸率提高的现象。
Mechanism involving in vanadium extraction from stone coal by roasting in thepresence of sodium salts is revealed in this paper. The static and dynamic tests showed thatchlorine plays a more important role than oxygen in the roasting process,The reasons aregiven why increasing the chloride atmosphere concentration leads to the reduction in the con-sumption of NaCl and to improvements in vanadium conversion and leaching rates and allowsthe roasting temperature range to be widened.
