摘要
本文对YO18内回转气动凿岩机冲击和转钎机构的工作原理进行了分析,运用Lagrange方程式建立了分别对应于广义坐标x(冲击活塞位移),(冲击活塞转角)和α(螺旋棒转角)的三自由度统一动力方程。据此方程,给出了机构的数值解,并运用高速摄影对理论计算结果进行了验证,两者基本一致。
In terms of generalized coordinates x,and α(representing displacement androtational angle of percussive pistons, and rotational angle of rifle bars respectively),anunified dynamic equation was developed for the percussive and rotational mechanisms ofYO18 internal rotation pneumatic rock drills based on the Lagrange equations in the dynamictheory, and the numerical solution to the equation was essentially in agreement with recordsobtained by high speed photography.
