非牛顿假均匀浆体管道输送实验数据处理方法 被引量:1

摘要 在设计具有非牛顿特征浆体的管道输送系统时,首先必须准确测定浆体的流变参数,以预测浆体在管道内运行的阻力、过渡流速等输送参数。以往因一些计算方法上的困难没能全部实现计算机自动处理数据。本文在分析整理目前国际上常用的两种非牛顿浆体实验数据处理方法——瓦斯谱法与川岛法的基础上,提出了一个计算机程序。该程序在一些关键计算步骤上采用了独创的计算方法,解决了以往计算时需人工查图象的问题。提出利用理论与实测管道阻力系统之差平方和作为评判计算方法此劣的标准。在程序中先用多种方法同时处理,最后利用该标准进行优选,以得出最准确的处理结果。文章最后列举了计算实例并对其进行了分析。 For design and operation of a pipeline system transporting non-newtonian slurry,the rheologic parameters of the slurry must be measured accurately in order to predict the operation parameters such as the pressure loss,transit velocity,etc,Computer data pro-cessing couldn’t be realized in the past because there were no good ways to go through some of key computation procedures on the computer.In this paper a computer progtam is pre-sented On the basis of two commonly used data processing methods for non-newtonian slurry,the wasp method and the chuandao method.Some originative computation procedures are used in the progeam so that human interference is no longer needed in the peocess of com-putation as was in the past.Data are processed with different method first and the best result is chosen according to the criterion of the least difference square sum of the theoretical and measured Darcy coefficient.A case study is described at the end of the paoer.
