安庆铜矿充填系统管道输送参数的确定

TNE DETERMINATION OF PIPELINE TRANSPORT RATIONAL PARAMETERS OF THE FILLING SYSTEM IN ANOING COPPER MINE

根据充填料管道输送试验提供的数据，对管道输送的有关参数进行计算，提出了合理的参数范围：流速为每秒３至３．５ｍ；流量为每小时８７至１００ｍ￣３；重量浓度尾砂胶结充填时为７１％至７５％，尾砂加河砂胶结充填时为７１％至７３％。

Inaccordance with the data provided in the pipeline transport test of the fillingmaterial , the concerned parameters of pipeline transport are calculated and their rationalranges are proposed,i.e. flow rate variates from 3 m/s to 3.5m/s;discharge-from 87m￣3/hr to 100 m￣3/hr;using tailing cemented backfilling material,its weight density is 71～75 per-cent; using tailing-sand cemented backfilling material,the value is 71～73 percent;
