摘要
并联输出零开关谐振逆变器的研制成功,为解决常用逆变器中大功率晶体管严重的开关损耗问题开辟了新的途径。本文论述了这一新型逆变器的工作原理和换向特性,阐明了将大功率晶体管并联联接对提高输出功率所起的重要作用及为此而应采取的一些措施。这一课题研究,对某些矿用和其它电气设备的高频化、轻便化、高效、低成本特产生深远影响。
The successful development of harmonic oscmation inverter with zero switchfor parallel output opens a mew way to solve the problem on a serious damdge of switchfor the large- power transistor in the common- used inverters.This paper describes theorking principle and inverting characteristic of this new inverter,and the important con-tribution which the large-power transistors are connected in parallel to increase the outputpower,including some meaesures to be taken for this parpose,This study will be of farreaching importance to some mine electric equipment and other electric equipment withhigh frequency,portability,high officiency and low cost.
