DRHC─12型乳化炸药混装车的液压与控制系统

摘要 乳化炸药混装车具有多个旋转执行机构的特点。在炸药混装过程中,这些执行机构均需按一定顺序和转速并吸取各自所需的功率运行。这就意味着对各执行机构进行适当的功率分配。本文采用的容积式节流调速液压回路和以电液比例阀为主的闭环控制系统,能较好的满足各执行机构完成特定功能的功率需要和计量控制。实践证明,这种调速与控制方式具有节能、可靠的优点。同时,可有效而稳定地控制炸药混装过程中各组分配比,达到精度计量之目的。 The emulsion explosive mixing-loading truck features several rotational executive units. In the mixing-loading process,these units will operate in a certain sequenceand with approprzate rotational speeds,and take requires power.The reford,suitable pow-eI distribution is necessary。Thispaperintroduces a hydrauJic circuit of positive-displace-ment throttle-speed regulation and a closed-loop control system,mainly including ratio.electrohydraulic valves,which can meet the power needs of the executive units for finish-ing special functions ana measuring control.Practice has proven that such methods ofspeed regulation and control have the merits of saving energy and high reliability.Mean-while,the systems can effectively and stably control the ratio of each material used in theexplosive mixing-loading process and reach the target of accurate measurement.
