摘要
小铁山矿尾砂浆体管道输送系统具有输送距离长、输送浓度高、管线上行、接力输送和采用非搅拌立式砂仓作为运行起,或的贮、给料设施等特点。本文简介了该系统概况、主要工艺特征,运转状况,主要技术指标和工业试验情况;阐明了系统所具有的生产率和输送特性,并就其运营成本与其它输送系统进行了分析对比,从而体现了本输送系统的优越性。
The tailing slurry piping system in xiaotieshan mine was characterized byLong transport distance,high-density slurry,upward multi-stage piping,and non-mixingvertical bin used as the storing and feeding devices at the starting point.A brief intfoduc-tion to the general description of this system,technological features,operation conitions,technical index and pilot test results is given.The operation rate and transport characteris-tic of this system are described.The operation cost of this system is compared with that ofother transport systems,in which the superiority of this piping system is displayed.
