加强科研器材管理提高科研投入的经济效益

科研器材是开展科研工作的必备前提和重要手段，它在科学技术向生产力转化过程中起着举足轻重的作用。因此，加强器材的科学管理，使科研投入见到实效是一项不容，忽视的工作。本文从生产力的构成要素出发，论述了生产力与投资效益的关系、良好效益和科学管理的关系；阐明了投入与产出的相互制约因素，以及确保科研投入获得有效产出而应在科研器材管理上采取的若干措施。

The scientific research equipment is a necessary precondition and an impor-tant means for the scientific research work as well as plays a decisive role in the process ofthe transform of science and technology into productive forces ,The improvement of scien-tific research equipment management,therefore,is a nece:sary work which the scientific re-search input produce a practical effectiveness. Based on the consisting factors of productiveforces ,the relation between productive forces and investment benefit , the relation betweengood economic benefit and scientific management , the constraining factors between inputand output, and some measures taken in the scientific research equipment management toensure an effective output in the scientific research input are discussed.
