摘要 银纹夜蛾是苜蓿丫纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒Ac MNPV的良好替代寄主.本文研究了温度对银纹夜蛾发育、存活、生殖等的影响,对发育速率进行了数学模拟,计算了各虫态的发育起点温度、有效积温,组建了不同温度下的实验种群繁殖特征生命表,并测定了内禀增长力(rm),25℃时内禀增长力最大( rm=0.1216),22℃次之(rm=0.1124),确定最适温度范围为22-25℃. The present paper deals with effects of temperature on development, survival and reproduction of A. agnata. The results show that the correlations between the developmental rate of each stage and temperature are fitted to logistic curve very well. The threshold of development and effective accumulative temperature of each stage are calculated. By setting up life tables of A. agnate adults, the intrinsic capacity of increase (rm)of the population under experimental conditions are determined. The rm is the highest at 25℃ (0.1216), the next is at 22℃ (0.1124). So the most favourable temperature of develompment falls in the range of from 22℃ to 25℃.
